Exhibition design based on a Vietnamese noodle dish, Phở. The exhibit follows its history and origins, explores its traditional preparation, and highlights regional variations across Vietnam. Finally, it examines Phở’s global influence, particularly in the U.S., by mapping areas with the highest concentration of Vietnamese restaurants serving this dish.
